Refund Requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not work as expected, contact us at support@productvideogenerator.online within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order details.

Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally approve refunds for duplicate payments, incorrect billing, accidental duplicate subscriptions, and unresolved technical failures that prevent meaningful use of the paid service after support review.

When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined for completed usage where the service worked as described, dissatisfaction after meaningful use, failure to review generated output before publication, policy violations, misuse, or requests made after the 14-day request window.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle as merchant of record. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days, though payment network settlement may take longer.

Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. Please contact support if you need help with cancellation or refund review.
